Believe it or not, the night’s sleep determines the way the body functions. However, this has much to do with the sleeping position as well.
Sleeping in the perfect position is crucial for the digestion, skin complex and the whole body.
According to scientists, it is better to sleep on your left side since sleeping on your right side can have an effect on the digestion process. Additionally, asthmatics should not sleep on their back.

The reason for this is that the heart is able to pump blood more easily, the digestive tract works perfectly and the spleen is also functioning properly.
